Krikye Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Krikye platform and all associated services. Krikye is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and across the world.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version shall be considered authoritative for all legal interpretations.

• Eligible Users: All individuals who are registered on Krikye or wish to register.
• Service Type: Sports Betting, lottery, casino games, live betting, and related services.
• Right to Modify Terms: Krikye reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced via a notice published on the website.

Krikye is committed to responsible gaming. A national ID or passport may be requested during account verification to confirm your age. Any user found to have registered with false information will have their account immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Residence: Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Krikye.
• Mental Capacity: Any member who is self-excluded due to a gambling addiction will not be permitted to open a new account.
• Employee Restrictions: Employees of Krikye and its affiliated entities are prohibited from participating in any betting activities.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on Krikye. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and all associated accounts will be closed.

KYC Verification Process

Krikye complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory prior to withdrawals or when transactions exceed a specified threshold.

• Proof of Identity: A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment Method Verification: The mobile banking number used must be registered in your name.
• Verification Time: Typically processed within 24–72 hours.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500.
• Maximum Deposit: Up to ৳1,00,000 BDT per day (subject to account verification).
• Processing Time: Usually instant.
• Third-Party Payments: Deposits from another person's account are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• Processing Time: 24–72 hours (for KYC-verified accounts).
• Payment Method: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.

• Match-Fixing Suspicion: If there is evidence of match-fixing involving an event, the outcome of the related bet will be suspended.
• Live Betting: Any bet left incomplete due to a loss of internet connection will be considered void.

Maximum Bet Limit

Krikye sets individual betting limits for different markets and events. These limits may vary depending on the user's account level and betting history.

Krikye regularly offers bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that must be followed. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, subject to a minimum deposit of ৳1,000. Wagering requirement: 10x.
• Wagering: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days.
• No Double Bonus: Claiming the same promotion more than once will be considered fraudulent.
• Bonus Cancellation: Any breach of terms may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Krikye to maintain a fair and safe environment. Any violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Bots & Automated Software: The use of automated betting tools or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Krikye does not facilitate money laundering of any kind and reports suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Odds Arbitrage: Deliberately exploiting odds discrepancies is considered fraudulent behavior.
• Account Transfers: Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive Behaviour: Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other members or staff will result in account termination.

• Limitation of Liability: Krikye is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, internet issues, or third-party failures.
